USD $5 per month, plus any applicable taxes, following a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe.
Eligible new customers receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected when the trial begins. Unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically converts to the monthly paid plan at USD $5 per month, plus applicable taxes.
After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes the recurring charge using the payment method associated with the subscription.
You may cancel at any time through the Reach billing portal. If you cancel during the free trial, the first recurring charge will not be made. If you cancel during a paid billing period, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of that billing period and access continues until then.
Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where ExamediX determines that a refund is appropriate because of a billing error or exceptional service issue. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and may ask you to update your payment method. Reach may suspend paid workstation functionality while the subscription is unpaid, without deleting files stored on your own computer.
